Get your limited company up and running the easy way
There can be significant tax advantages to trading as a limited company, especially as your business grows, but setting up a company comes with a long to-do list of tasks.
Once you’ve made the decision to incorporate, and given us the go ahead, we’ll start by registering your new company at Companies house. Next, we’ll provide an electronic certificate of incorporation, of the memorandum and articles of association and of the shareholders’s certificates.
We’ll also take care of registration with HMRC for both corporation tax and your pay-as-you-earn (PAYE) scheme. Our team will offer advice on VAT registration and the various VAT schemes available. If registering for VAT is necessary or advisable, we’ll handle that process with HMRC, too.
Finally, we’ll acquire unique tax reference numbers for each of your company directors – required for completing annual personal income tax returns.
